These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the abs77 platform and its users. abs77 operates a safe and reliable online casino and betting platform for players in Bangladesh. These terms clearly define the rights and responsibilities of users and the conditions governing the platform's services.

By using abs77's services, you agree to abide by all clauses of these terms and conditions as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. This agreement is governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use abs77's services:

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may create only one abs77 account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same IP address, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Account Information

The information you provide at registration — name, address, phone number, payment details — must all be accurate. Any changes to this information must be reported to abs77 support immediately. The user is solely responsible for any issues arising from providing incorrect information.

3.3 Login Credential Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. abs77 will never ask for your password via email or phone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately. The account holder is fully responsible for all activity on the account.

3.4 Account Closure

abs77 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice for violation of platform rules, suspected fraud, or any other reason. Users may also contact support to close their account themselves.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at abs77 for all payment methods is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). Deposits made in a third party's name will not be accepted and will be returned immediately.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals will be made via the same method used for the deposit, unless a different arrangement is required for a specific reason.

Before processing a withdrawal, abs77 reserves the right to complete identity verification and anti-money laundering procedures. Additional documents may be requested for suspicious transactions, and the withdrawal may be temporarily held.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on abs77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at abs77 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; or depositing ৳10,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 for a total balance of ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = completing ৳50,000 in bets makes the winnings earned from the bonus eligible for withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion or bonus offer has its own specific terms, which are published in the description of that offer.
• If the bonus terms are not met, winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once on a single account.
• abs77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at its discretion.
• If fraud or bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be placed under investigation and the bonus may be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

abs77's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Moving to a higher tier increases the weekly cashback — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold, and up to 1.0% weekly cashback at Platinum. Detailed rules for VIP benefits are published separately.

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on abs77 are operated on a fair play basis. Each outcome is determined impartially using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. It is the user's responsibility to learn the rules of a game before playing.

6.2 Sports Betting

abs77's sports betting section offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Betting markets and odds are subject to change and may be updated up until an event begins. A bet may be voided if the terms and rules of the specific market are not followed.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a technical issue occurs during a game or betting session, abs77 will conduct the necessary investigation before making a decision. abs77 reserves the right to void an outcome and refund the deposit if a clear technical error results in an inconsistent result. In such situations, abs77's decision is considered final over any user claim.

6.4 Live Casino

The applicable rules, including bet amounts and limits, at live casino tables are displayed in the relevant game interface. For live dealer games, the dealer's decisions and game results are final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the abs77 platform:

• Participating in any form of fraud, deception, or illegal activity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or legitimizing illegal funds.
• Playing games or placing bets using software bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to intrude into, hack, or breach the security of the platform's systems.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Making deposits using a third party's card or payment method.
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonus benefits.
• Intentionally making false claims or chargebacks against abs77.

Violating these prohibitions will result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary.
